Muscle Knots

Step 1:

Hold the patch directly over knot(s) for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2:

Repeat Step 1  as necessary for as many knots as you have.

Step 3:

If you feel the discomfort / tension returning, immediately put the patch back on the source and you should feel relief within 1-2 minutes.

Step 4:

Leave the patch over your most tense knot overnight. Repeat as many nights as necessary, for as many knots as necessary.
